This unique platform is levied on the concrete foundation of various professional practices.

theProposal of NCF™ is simply matching willing businesses of various stages from startups, expansion-craving and succession-planning with private angel investors on the comfort and advise by the NCF™ League of Advisers.

NCF™ short for “Non-Conventional Financing” is a brain child as a result of the rigid conventional financing structure offered by the recognized Financing Institutes today. NCF™ is therefore an “out of the box” route to structure and procure much needed capital that includes public and private grants, and private angel investors. Simply, NCF™ means “your money otherwise™”.

NCF™ preferred business submissions are for the FIRST outside equity investment in the business venture after the initial investment by the promoter, founder, family and friends. These submissions shall have potential of rapid growth and later stage investment; and worthy for the subsequent consideration of the institutional venture capital and public capital funding options. We welcome all businesses although the technology-driven and the bio-related are accorded priority.

The League of Advisers communicate and meet on a timely basis to evaluate the qualified business submissions by the League of Entrepreneurs to screen and pre-select no more than five (5) submissions to be presented to the League of Investors on a quarterly meeting.

Successful submissions shall be guided by the League of Advisers with the support of NCF™ and the database of NCF™ Business Jockeys™ shall be explored to head hunt the specialists required to compliment the business submissions on a going concern.
