∞ League of Entrepreneurs

This league comprises of Willing Entrepreneurs that have submitted the business proposition(s) through NCF™ with a testament of a reputable nominated adviser (“Nomad”) of certain standings and qualifications subject to the acceptance of the League of Adviser on a case to case basis.

The Nomad may be contacted for verification of the submissions and NCF™ can request for a substitution of Nomad by the Entrepreneurs based on the terms and conditions set on a case to case basis.

In a case that the Nomad claims no knowledge of the submission when contacted for verification, the said submission shall not be qualified for consideration of the League of Adviser through NCF™. In such case adverse implications shall be made against the submitting Entrepreneur and the respective submission at the absolute discretion of the League of Advisers.

∞ League of Advisers

This league comprises of Astute Advisers that have between them hand-on experiences to work on the assets restructuring and capital procurement whether private or public.

The diverse background of the Advisers enabled a wholesome assessment of the submissions from all possible angles financial, tax, legal, feasibility, character of submitting Entrepreneurs and Nomads etc. Therefore, this is an ever expanding league to cover every detail aspects of each submission.

Qualified and Nomad verified submissions shall be circulated for the comments and scrutiny of the Advisers generally. Based on the interest generated, there shall be a consensus whether the same shall be short-listed for the quarterly meeting with the League of Investors.

A group of “Guardian Angels” shall be selected within this League of Advisers with the consensus of the interested investor to guide, supervise and monitor the implementation of the successful submission.

∞ League of Investors

This league comprises of Angel Investors local and abroad; private and institutional. These investors have diversified investment portfolio that in turn allows NCF™ to attend to all forms and types of submissions from the League of Entrepreneurs.
