1. Willing Entrepreneurs

Nomad (Nominated Adviser) is a pre requisite for any submissions. The Nomad must be of certain standing and reputable to stand by the feasibility of the submissions. NCF™ shall verify with the Nomad on all the details of the submissions including a request to substitute the Nomad initially named.

Submissions by the Willing Entrepreneurs shall generally include the following:

∞ Details of the Nomad including qualification, experience and expertise.
∞ Details of the Applicant including industry in operation.
∞ Details of the Key Personnel and Management Team, including qualification, experience and expertise.
∞ Descriptions of the Submission (Plan, Proposal and Idea).
∞ Descriptions of the Problems or Needs addressed by the Submission.
∞ Descriptions of the currently operating market environment, the particular segment served by the Applicant, size and the potential for growth of such segment.
∞ Investment so far.
∞ Primary Source of Funding.
∞ Details of two (2) competitors.
∞ Financial Data of the past three (3) years, gross margin, expenses and operating profit.
∞ Milestones of Submission until Profitability and how much investment required for it.
∞ A not more than three (3) page Executive Summary for the Submission.

 2. Angel Investors

 We seek serious and active investors only. Attendance to the Quarterly Investors’ Meeting shall only open to those who has ready fund to invest in one or more companies at no less than RM1million per year. Proof of Fund is required and admission to the League of Investors is strictly upon the consensus agreement of the existing members of the league. It is at the absolute discretion of NCF™ to decide the admission of new Angel Investors to this league.

 3. Astute Advisors

 We seek experienced, seasoned and tested advisors from all relevant fields to join our League of Advisers. Admission to the League is subject to the consensus of the members of the League considering the existing strength of the advisers. We welcome your CV for consideration.

 4. Business Jockeys™ (BJ)

 We seek BJ to compliment the implementation and execution of successful submissions in the event it requires certain specialists. If you are a specialist for a certain segment of business, feel free to submit your CV to our BJCV Bank for timely consideration. You are required to update your CV from time to time to ensure currency.
