YS Chin is currently the Corporate Director of Natural Arrangement Sdn Bhd, a company that specialize in waste management with associates companies around the region. He manages the Natural Arrangement Group’s corporate strategy development, financial planning, management and corporate affairs.

Holding a Master of Business Administration degree from Brunei University, United Kingdom, Chin is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Chin has over 22 years of post-qualification experience in both professional and corporate environment and has diverse and hand-on experience in the businesses of timber, paper, electronics and international trading.

Chin spent the last 17 years in three (3) public listed companies in Malaysia and held directorship. In the process, he has accumulated vast experience in IPO exercise having substantially involved in the pre and post listing of these PLCs.

Chin’s forte including merger and acquisition, corporate turnaround, financial and operational due-diligence, capitalization of tax incentive and financing including grant application. All these have equipped Chin excellent project management skills that made him ideal choice for all form of corporate leadership.

Chin enjoys public speaking and occasionally made his appearance as a lecturer in established MBA program. He is known to his friends and associates as an enthusiastic motivator as evidenced by his successful MLM endeavor thus far.
